I used Precise Locksmith today, and my salesperson was Rolando, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. Before I even booked him, I called with questions, and he took the time to explain the entire process—what needed to be done, why it cost what it did, and what to expect. He explained everything calmly, clearly, and precisely, which I really appreciated. I was so impressed by that initial conversation that I actually left him a review on Facebook before using his service—and after reading my own review, I called him back and booked the job. Rolando came out, made a new key and a new key fob, and had everything done in less than 20 minutes. He was professional, extremely kind, efficient, and just an all-around great guy. Excellent service- Honesto- buen precio- rápido. You can tell he is knowledgeable and has experience. Just describing my issue he was able to tell the solution and with a price!!! So i was in traffic on a Sunday morning heading to work. At the light i seen the locksmith truck, btw i been looking for a good price friendly locksmith for about a week. Called him and we spoke. Very professional and precise like the name. By the time we got to the next light which was the corner of a gas station i was getting my keys copied in the lot of the gas station!
